Over the years, our business evolved into 6pm Ireland, developing extensive capabilities in document scanning, storage, and retrieval.
Today, through our rebranding as Collect Store Deliver, we continue to build on this legacy, offering modern document management solutions while remaining a 100% family-owned and operated business. Optimising Medical Records
Management for Portlaoise Hospital
Portlaoise Hospital needed a solution to manage its growing volume of medical records and ED cards. With limited storage space and time-consuming retrieval processes, staff faced delays accessing critical documents. CollectStoreDeliver implemented an off-site storage system, freeing up space while ensuring all records were meticulously indexed and preserved for long-term use.
To enhance accessibility, a Scan-on-Demand service was introduced, allowing hospital staff to request and receive digital copies of records instantly.
